ZorroSign, Inc. is a global leader in digital signature technology. The company leverages blockchain technology to deliver a lifetime of security and privacy for users’ digital signatures and documents. ZorroSign customers around the world save money, save time, increase security, and ensure their digital records are tamper-proof, immutable, and legally compliant.
“I built this company to bring blockchain technology to the people,” said Shamsh Hadi, CEO and co-founder of ZorroSign. “We aspire to promote, democratize, implement, and enforce user privacy and data security around the world. Living by the motto, ‘Trust is everything,’ we provide the world’s most secure and trusted digital business platform to help organizations in their transformation to a paperless life.”
Beyond its culture of innovation, ZorroSign also embraces its corporate social responsibility by making an environmental difference—planting trees, reducing water consumption, and decreasing the carbon footprint.
ZorroSign technology unites digital signatures, a patent- pending 4n6 (“forensics”) blockchain token, workflow
automation tools, a document management system built on blockchain architecture, plus artificial intelligence and machine learning to reduce errors and speed the creation and completion of digital forms. Only ZorroSign’s technology: • Was built on Hyperledger Fabric—the world’s most trusted blockchain technology—for the most secure access, authentication, signing, storage, and audit trails • Ensures blockchain-based digital signature verification • Delivers a patent-pending 4n6 token for fraud-free document transactions and post-execution verification • Provides lifetime security certificates that never expire for audit From the beginning of the transaction until the document completion, ZorroSign places all aspects of digital transactions—audit trails, chains of custody, documents and
attachments, user authentication information and digital signatures—on a private, permission-based blockchain in order to create a fully immutable record.
Users further benefit from ZorroSign’s passwordless login or multi-factor authentication (OTP, mobile biometrics, etc.) to log in and securely sign documents.
In the 1990’s, one of ZorroSign’s co-founders introduced an innovative new technology—the electronic signature pad. Today, government agencies and companies such as DMV, USPS, UPS, and American Express continue to benefit from this patented technology.
The electronic signature pad also served as a key technology component when United States President Bill Clinton signed the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, also known as the “Millennium Digital Commerce Act” and the “E-SIGN Act” on June 30, 2000.
In 2015, ZorroSign was formed to advance from the current use of electronic signature technology to an advanced digital business platform (DBP). The company’s platform provides a highly secure, private, flexible, seamless, and robust solution to support end-to-end flow of document signature ceremonies for any situation in any industry, for signatories located anywhere, using any device at anytime.
CEO Hadi submitted testimony in August 2020 to the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security, where he reinforced the benefits of blockchain and its critical role in helping to secure U.S. elections while making them safer and auditable, protecting their integrity.
And later in the summer of 2020, ZorroSign announced the relocation of its worldwide headquarters to Phoenix, Arizona. After considering several markets, ZorroSign chose the Phoenix market because of its supportive technology ecosystem, access to talent from top-ranked universities, pro-business and friendly regulatory environment, and the quality of life and affordability the region affords. ZorroSign maintains offices in Dubai, UAE; Colombo, Sri Lanka; and Mumbai, India.
“ZorroSign’s decision to relocate their Global Operations Hub to Greater Phoenix helps solidify our region’s position as a place where technology companies can thrive and scale operations seamlessly, while recruiting personnel to fulfill a variety of roles,” said Chris Camacho, president and CEO at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). “We’re always in relentless pursuit of innovative technology companies committed to changing the game, and ZorroSign offers unique solutions to help businesses meet increasing digital demands.”
ZorroSign’s vision is to provide the most trusted and secure paperless experience by using our disruptive technology.
The company recently added Silicon Valley leader, Arra Yerganian, as strategic advisor and acting chief growth officer, with a mission to expand the customer base and create more than 300 new jobs at ZorroSign over the next three years.
The company also announced several key partnerships, including a strategic partnership with DocuXplorer, a leading document management solution. DocuXplorer’s native integration with ZorroSign will allow a seamless process from document management through to encrypted electronic signing of documents, allowing DocuXplorer customers to quickly send, sign, and file contracts. And a new partnership with Trusona, the pioneering leader in passwordless identity solutions, to authenticate user identities. This innovative partnership expands ZorroSign’s capability as a leading digital signature solution with identity proofing capabilities—uniquely combining identity-as-a-service architecture with digital signature and a document management system.
ZorroSign was honored with Blockchain Initiative of the Year Award at the Seamless Middle East 2020 conference. Seamless Middle East is the region’s leading conference and exhibition for the payments, e-commerce and retail industry, held November 2020 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in Dubai, UAE. ZorroSign was among a prestigious group of companies shortlisted for this award, including Global Blockchain Council, HSBC, Etisalat and HPS.
